De Staat is a Dutch alternative rock band that sings in English. This song is from their album I_CON, and it is pretty fun.
Be prepared for percussion in the lower difficulties, and streams in the higher difficulties. Also, Expert is a little on the high side. Not quite Expert+, but just so you know.
