Mapper: Joetastic
My 200th map! I can’t believe I’ve made it this far, and to be honest if it wasn’t for the community downloading, playing and enjoying my maps I won’t have been this motivated to create this much. I wanna say thanks to everybody from every mapper in the mapping discord, to all the staff and modders in the modding and scoresaber discord, to all the twitch streamers who played my maps, to @Squeakies for mediocre mapper (Seriously I’ve made 190 map on mediocre mapper, I think I might be your longest user) and to all the players who liked my maps/DMed me/donated to me, you guys are the reason I got so motivated to map this much!
I spent quite a while thinking what my 200th map should be and I even got suggestions from everyone but in the end I ultimately decided to go full circle and make my 200th map a remap of my first non-deleted map. Everyone likes to joke about Chinese cartoons when talking about anime but how ironic is it that my first successful anime map is actually from a Chinese anime. This song might not be the most popular song but it holds a special place in my heart as it is the first map I’ve made that had more likes than dislikes. I’ve actually made a first wave of maps before this one but they were all heavily disliked and got almost no likes so I’ve deleted them. (If you have one of these maps lucky you! It’s a piece of my mapping history that not everyone will get to see)
I started making custom maps as there was so many songs (mainly RWBY) I wanted to play in beat saber or those that I wanted to weren’t so good so I ultimately I decided to take it into my own hands and decided to learn mapping myself. Who knew that making custom beat saber maps would become a memorial part of my life. what’s even better was that I got to be part of such a kind and wholesome community.

Changes made from the original Aishen Qiaokeli Jinxing Shi map I made on 2018-08-14:
– Audio swapped from TV edit to Full sized version
– Corrected offset
– No more hot start
– Completely remapped and relighted!
– It now has correct map metadata
– Changed Album cover to a higher quality picture
