I know this is Expert+ with just 1.9NPS. It’s because most of the song is really slow, with a single fast part in the middle.
However, I didn’t feel like it fits well as Expert due to the very liberal timing within the song, making some notes a bit tricky to hit if you don’t know the song well already.
