Ministry – Burning Inside

Difficulties Hard
4 2

I’ve been a fan of Ministry since I first heard “All Day” back in ’87. I jumped on this as soon as I saw it show up in new maps and it had the Hard difficulty label. I am glad someone mapped a Ministry track, and this first effort is commendable, especially for the lighting work in the context of the music.

The mapping contains many fundamental problems and the gameplay is just not fun, over all: VBs, claps, too many parity breaks to maintain flow.

There are a few good sections that are fun to play because the idea behind them are good, even when the execution is flawed; I liked the streams along the dodge walls for the guitar because they are unique.

This map can be so much better if the mapper spends some time studying the BSMG wiki and participating in the mapping community Discords for guidance and feedback.

I hope to see another version of this map, or another Ministry tune from you, noxiousfix

monstor, I appreciate the feedback! This is the first map I’ve made. I started it before I even knew there was a wiki about mapping. I’ll head on over there for info and to the discord for feedback. I’ll be back with another Ministry tune. Already had it in mind to map The Missing.
