Hi, I have knee pain from playing. Upper body and arms/wrists are fine but my knees seem to be taking a hit. FYI I am a reasonably fit 51yr old 🙂

What about us women who dance and lunge? (I look nothing like the young man you showed when I play.) I am more worried about my knees and ankles.
